Acrylic Display Case, 4 Removable Trays, Front and Rear Access Doors

This Omcan acrylic display case stacks four trays of pastries and other baked goods into a 13.88 inch wide case, with two front doors for customers and a full-height magnetic-latching rear door for staff. That double access is the working difference in this case family: customers can reach your pastries from the front at any time, while staff restock and clean from the back. It is a clear acrylic case with no refrigeration or heat. At 24.5 inches deep and 24.5 inches tall it uses a vertical footprint, claiming under 14 inches of counter width while still giving you four merchandising levels. It ships knocked down and assembly is required.

Four Levels of Product in 14 Inches of Counter

Vertical stacking is how a small counter earns big display: four removable trays sit 4.75 inches apart. The trays slide into grooves in the case and lift out again, so you can restock quickly and take a tray to the sink for cleaning instead of working inside the case.

Front Doors for Customers, Rear Door for Staff

Two hinged front doors, upper and lower, give customers easy access to your pastries at any time. The single full-height rear door closes on a magnetic latch and carries a white handle, so staff can refill from behind without reaching around the customer side. The front doors carry white handles as well. If your counter is strictly staff-serve, the 3-tray rear-door-only version is item 80568.

Clear Acrylic That Sells from Every Side

The case body is sturdy clear acrylic all around, so product shows from the front, the sides, and the top, and customers get a clear view of your freshly baked goods. The front slopes, so the case is 19.34 inches deep at the top and 24.5 inches deep at the base.

Ships Knocked Down, Assembly Required

The case arrives in sections: side sections with the hinged doors already on them, a top section, a bottom section, a stopping bar, the two front doors and four platters, plus three handles, a magnet and 18 screws with locking nuts and washers. Once fastened, the 24.5 inch tall case goes up where yesterday there was bare counter.

https://thechefstore.com/products/omcan-80569-14-in-acrylic-display-case-4-removable-trays-front-and-rear-access-doors
