This two-section prep table features a stainless steel top with an 11-3/8” deep full-length cutting board and comes standard with twelve 1/6-size clear Lexan pans (6” deep pans optional). Three vaulted, self-closing doors stay open at 90° for easy access and loading, while the white ABS interior liner with a stainless steel floor ensures easy cleaning and long-lasting performance. The stainless steel front and sides give the unit a sleek, professional look suitable for any commercial environment.

Powered by a self-contained, rear-mounted capillary tube refrigeration system with eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the AST48R delivers precise and consistent cooling from 33°F to 41°F. Its electronic thermostat and external digital LED display provide accurate temperature monitoring, while large fan motors ensure rapid air circulation and temperature recovery.
