Each deck offers 42" x 32" steel interiors with aluminized and enamel finishes that promote even heating and easy cleaning.
Engineered for reliability, the CW52/41BSC includes the Peerless “Power-Pak” 4-cell burner system, designed for consistent heat distribution and energy efficiency. Each section is controlled by an independent throttling thermostat with a temperature range of 250°F to 550°F. The controls are positioned on the right-hand side for convenience and operator comfort. The oven’s stainless steel front, aluminized interior, and heavy-duty construction ensure long-lasting performance in demanding kitchens.
With three 60,000 BTU burners, adjustable legs, and a space-efficient 56" width, the CW52/41BSC offers exceptional performance while conserving valuable floor space.
