Efficient & Easy to Operate: Fully automatic controls let operators simply set the desired proofing time and temperature, then press start. The PLC system continuously maintains ideal conditions to produce consistent, high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Durable Roll-In Design: Built for heavy-duty bakery use, the ABSPST-1R accommodates one double rack or two single racks, making it ideal for high-volume production.
