The Atosa AEC-1021E Combi Oven
The Atosa AEC-1021E Electric Combi Oven delivers advanced cooking flexibility and efficiency in high-volume kitchens. Designed to accommodate (10) full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" steam table pans, this boiler-free unit is ideal for institutions, hotels, and large foodservice operations. The oven includes (10) stainless steel racks and features a 10” vibrant Smart Touch screen for intuitive control and menu programming.
Three Cooking Modes: Steam, convection, and combination cooking are fully supported, with Combi Smart technology for automatic monitoring and humidity control. The unit includes programmable multi-stage cooking, eight fan speeds with balance reverse, and sub-divided heating zones for even and rapid heat recovery.
Advanced Cleaning and Connectivity: The AEC-1021E includes six automated Combi Wash modes with twin chemical fill tanks, a high-pressure coil wash hose for quick manual cleaning, USB storage for data and recipe sharing, and WiFi-ready technology for remote diagnostics and monitoring (coming soon).
