200 lb/hr Production with Direct Gear-Driven Motor

The RQD150 is capable of processing up to 200 pounds of hard cheese per hour, making it suitable for continuous prep in high-volume kitchens. Its direct gear-driven motor operates at 1400 RPM, transferring power efficiently from the motor to the grater drum without belts. This design improves torque, reduces wear components, and ensures consistent output during extended operation.

Stainless Steel Grating Components with Integrated Safety Systems

The unit includes a stainless steel bowl and stainless steel grater drum that resist corrosion and maintain hygiene during daily use. A safety grate and a microswitch positioned at the mouth inlet help prevent operation when the unit is not properly secured, while a lock safety on-off release adds another layer of operator protection.

Heavy-Duty Aluminum Construction with Chrome Finish

The RQD150 features a polished pressure die-cast aluminum alloy body with a chrome finish, providing durability and long-term resistance to wear in commercial kitchens.
