The TAURO-TL8 features a 56-inch wide by 28-inch deep baking deck constructed with built-in refractory stone heating elements. This stone surface absorbs and evenly radiates heat across the deck, producing consistent crust development and stable bake performance. The refractory stone design helps maintain temperature recovery between bakes, making it ideal for pizza, bread, and other baked goods that rely on uniform bottom heat.

Independent Top and Bottom Heat Control

Each deck is equipped with independently adjustable top and bottom heating controls, allowing operators to fine-tune heat distribution based on product type and baking style. This level of control helps prevent scorching or underbaking while improving consistency across batches. Each deck operates on its own independent power supply, ensuring stable performance even during peak production periods.

Energy-Efficient Electric Operation with Advanced Insulation
