Digital Programmability with Steam Injection: Featuring digital temperature and time controls, the E23D3 offers both manual and programmable modes with 20 memory presets. It supports 3-stage cooking with programmable steam injection (5 levels), enabling operators to tailor heat and moisture levels for optimal cooking outcomes. A bi-directional reversing fan ensures uniform heat distribution.

Built with a porcelain enameled oven chamber, Safe-Touch drop-down door, and three chrome racks, this unit runs on a standard NEMA 6-15P plug and includes a halogen oven lamp for clear visibility. Perfect for countertop installation or pairing with the SK23 stand.
