The Moffat E28D4 Turbofan Full-Size Electric Convection Oven delivers digital performance, programmable functionality, and consistent cooking in a compact footprint. Designed for commercial kitchens, this powerful oven holds four full-size sheet pans with 3⅛″ tray spacing and features twin bi-directional reversing fans for even airflow and uniform results.
Digital Precision & Steam Injection: The intuitive digital control panel includes large LED displays and dual knobs for setting time and temperature. Operators can use manual mode or access up to 20 programmable recipes with 3-stage cooking and steam injection—ideal for baking, roasting, and retherm applications. Five steam levels and manual injection ensure optimal control of moisture inside the chamber.
Built with a porcelain-enamel interior and stainless steel exterior, the E28D4 also features a Safe-Touch drop-down door, stay-cool handle, halogen lighting, and a removable oven door seal for easy cleaning. Compatible with the SK2731U stand, it includes four chrome wire racks and adjustable stainless steel feet.
