The Chef's Choice SH15XVMB21 Electric Knife Sharpener
The Chef'sChoice Model 15XV Electric Knife Sharpener works on all Asian-style knives, Asian-style cleavers, serrated knives and kitchen/household knives. Advanced, flexible spring guides provide accurate control of the sharpening angle for the thickest or thinnest knife blades. This electric knife sharpener ensures ultra-sharp edges quickly and easily. In the first sharpening stage, diamond abrasives create the first facet. Use stage 1 for excessively dull or damaged knives or for maximum edge bite. In honing stage 2, finger grit diamonds create a second bevel. Use stage 2 for routine sharpening. In strop/polishing stage 3, patented stage 3 stropping material creates a third micro bevel and polishes to a razor-sharp edge. Covered by the Chef'sChoice Three-Year Limited Warranty.
