The Model 609A slicer is the perfect solution for enjoying freshly sliced foods including meats, cheeses, breads and so much more. This slicer is engineered with a cool running, high torque motor and reliable smooth gear drive system for continuous slicing operation. Its sleek construction includes a large tilted food carriage that fully retracts to permit slicing of extra-large roasts, hams and other foods. It also includes a carriage lock for added peace of mind. For effortless slicing, structural components are made of cast aluminum and stainless steel including a German 7-inch (17 cm) heat-treated stainless-steel blade. The adjustable precision thickness control allows for slices from deli-thin to approximately one-inch thick. After slicing is done, clean-up is easy with a removable blade, food carriage, food pusher and food deflector.
