This replacement non-serrated blade measures approximately 7 inches in diameter
Multipurpose stainless steel blade slices a wide variety of food
Ideal for slicing various foods, including meat, vegetables, breads and cheese
Blade can be removed from unit for easy cleaning
To remove the cutting blade, insert a coin in the slot of the blade fastening screw and turn the screw clockwise until the blade retaining screw is fully removed, then carefully lift the blade off
Clean the cutting blade and the motor housing behind it with a clean damp cloth
To sanitize the blade, transfer it carefully to a sink and scrub with a brush and antibacterial soap
To replace, carefully align the blade on its hub so the blade and drive gears fully engage, then turn the blade fastening screw counterclockwise to tighten
