The American Eagle Food Machinery AE-200A Planetary Mixer

The AE-200A 20 quart mixers is one of the most popular, commercially-approved mixers available from American Eagle. It's a perfect mixer for a large variety of operations, specialty bakery or restaurant shops, or for helping expand existing capacity during peak times. If you require a large capacity mixer that can still fit on your countertop, this is an excellent commercial mixer that won't break the bank. With a powerful 1 HP motor and the ability to operate at 3 speeds: 108, 195, 355 RPMS, you can use this mixer to mix a variety of different foods!

The AE-200A comes standard with a safety guard, stainless steel bowl, wire whip, aluminum dough hook, and aluminum beater. The mixer also features a standard #12 Hub that can accommodate a meat grinder, vegetable processor, meat tenderizer, meat cutter, jerky slicer, or other standard #12 hub accessories! The safety guard must be closed and bowl must be lifted to start mixer. This durable gear driven mixer has a small footprint suitable for countertop installation. It uses standard 115V/60Hz/1Ph household electricity and includes a built-in circuit breaker to help prevent damage to the motor. The mixer must be stopped before shifting gears!
