This unit accepts one double rack or two single racks and uses a gentle airflow system that protects dough from drying out. It can operate in a fully automatic mode by setting the desired bake time and pressing start. Manual operation is also available for users who prefer hands-on control. Optional self-contained refrigeration increases placement options and simplifies installation.
