A dual-motor drive system independently powers the spiral hook and the reversible bowl through a high-torque, shock-absorbing, non-slip belt drive, delivering quiet operation and reduced mechanical stress.
The heavy-gauge stainless steel bowl is fully welded and polished, paired with a “J”-style stainless steel spiral hook designed to reach the center of the bowl without contact, maintaining a precise 3/16-inch clearance for optimal dough development. A solid PVC bowl cover with safety interlock minimizes flour dust and pauses operation if opened during mixing, protecting both the operator and the product.
