The Moffat E28M4 Electric Convection Oven
The Moffat E28M4 Turbofan Full-Size Electric Convection Oven offers straightforward functionality and robust performance with its manual controls and mechanical thermostat. Designed to accommodate four full-size sheet pans with 3⅛″ tray spacing, it is well-suited for bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and institutional kitchens.
Manual Precision with Twin Fans: The E28M4 is equipped with twin bi-directional reversing fans and a mechanical thermostat with a 150–500°F range, giving operators consistent baking performance across a wide variety of menu items. A 60-minute mechanical timer and dual halogen lamps add usability and visibility during operation.
Constructed with a porcelain-enameled oven chamber and stainless steel exterior, this oven also includes a vented drop-down glass door, 4 chrome-plated wire racks, and adjustable stainless steel feet. It's bench-mountable or can be paired with the optional SK2731U stand for greater flexibility.
