The Moffat E35D6-26 Electric Convection Oven
The Moffat E35D6-26 Full Size Digital Electric Convection Oven is designed for high-performance baking, roasting, and retherm applications in demanding commercial kitchens. This oven accommodates six full-size sheet pans with 4-1/8” tray spacing, making it ideal for bakeries, restaurants, and institutional foodservice operations.
Equipped with an easy-to-use electronic control panel, the E35D6-26 offers both manual and program cooking modes. Operators can store up to 30 programs with three-stage cooking, stage-end alarms, and digital time and temperature displays. Five levels of programmable steam injection and optional manual injection provide added versatility for bakery-quality results.
The oven features a bi-directional reversing 2-speed fan system for superior airflow and even heat distribution throughout the porcelain-enameled chamber. A Safe-Touch side-hinged door enhances operator safety while reducing heat transfer to the kitchen. With durable stainless steel construction and dual halogen lighting, the E35D6-26 delivers reliable, efficient performance built for everyday use.
