The Pro Kold MCRU-52-W Meat Case

The MCRU-52-W remote, curved glass, fresh red meat display by Pro-Kold Refrigeration is a key player in any meat market, taqueria, or supermarket! This double duty display case is designed with an upper cooler display area for meat ready to be sold, and a lower freezer storage area for overstock. The double pane, curved front glass is a key feature, which gives your customers a full view of all of your fresh meat selections.

Rear doors for easy service access - save time while serving customers:

The MCRU-52-W is equipped with two rear sliding doors that extend the width of the unit. The sliding doors are easily removable for speed and ease of access for loading/unloading during peak times and cleaning the interior of unit.

The large glass surface area allows the service agent to see product from the rear, which assists in keeping the unit properly stocked, and organized.

Non-drying cooling system - gravity Coil Cooling:

The upper coil located inside of the case becomes cold as liquid refrigeration is sprayed through the system. Warmer air inside of the cabinet is absorbed resulting in heavier cold air, which will fall towards the floor of the interior and fill the cabinet.

The colder temperatures produced, as well as the lack of forced air fans on the interior display area allow for fresh red and raw meat to be displayed.

The MCRU family can be joined together with any other MCRU model within the family to create one, long, endless case. Corner units are also available in the MCRU family (MCRU 52 WC), which will create a 90° turn when requiring an "L" shape line up. This will require a licensed, certified technician.
