For those bakers who require a consistent product with minimal labor, the AM model BF110 is the answer. Designed to be hand-fed, this machine will produce your ideal bagel as quickly as 1-2-3. And with six different available set-ups, you can produce a wide variety of sizes.

Available Set-Ups:

  • 1 to 1.5 oz cocktail bagel (6″ belt)
  • 1.5 to 2 oz mini bagel (7″ belt)
  • 2 to 3 oz forming bagel (8″ belt)
  • 3 to 4 oz standard bagel (9″ belt )
  • 4 to 5 oz bull bagel (10″ belt)
  • 5 to 6 oz maxi bagel (11″ belt)


Note: The machine comes with 1 set-up of your choice. Additional set-ups can be purchased.
