The CAVAVIN F-30SS Wine Dispenser
The Cavavin F-30SS FESTIVA holds four bottles of 750 ml and dispenses wine by the glass while automatically replacing the air in the bottle with argon gas, which stops oxidation dead. A single 1-liter argon cylinder preserves up to 150 bottles worth of pours, so an open bottle tastes as fresh on day 30 as it did on day one. The cabinet installs built-in (flush or proud mount) into a 24-inch opening and works for a restaurant wine-by-the-glass program or a home setup where you want to open several bottles without committing to finishing any of them.
Argon Preservation Keeps Open Bottles Fresh
The dispenser pressurizes the bottle with argon (at 15 MPa cylinder pressure) every time you pour, so the wine in the bottle never contacts air. Oxygen is what turns an opened red sour over two or three days; argon is an inert noble gas that does nothing to the wine. You can open four different bottles, pour a tasting flight, and come back a month later to the same bottles tasting exactly the way they did when opened. The 1-liter argon cylinder supplies enough gas for up to 150 bottle-pours before it needs replacement.
Two Independent Temperature Zones, 41-72°F
Each of the four bottle positions sits in one of two independently controllable temperature zones that each run 41-72°F (5-22°C). That means you can hold whites and lighter reds on one side at 50°F and bolder reds on the other side at 62°F, each at correct serving temperature the moment you pour. The one-touch LED digital control panel on the door sets zone temperatures and shows the current reading.
Soft-Touch Dispensing, Drip Tank, and Interior Lighting
A soft-touch button controls the pour, and the pour is continuous: there is no preset dose that would hold you to a fixed portion. A built-in drip tank under the spouts catches stray drops and lifts out for a quick rinse. Low emissivity LED lighting with an on/off switch lights the bottles for presentation without warming the cabinet.
Flush or Proud Mount, Built-In Installation
The drawer-style door has an anti-UV glass panel in a stainless steel frame, with a black cabinet behind. The unit installs built-in in two modes: flush mount, where the face sits level with the cabinetry, or proud mount, where the face protrudes past the cabinetry for a display look. A useful built-in handle on the drawer opens the unit to load fresh bottles. Refrigerant is R-600a, and the compressor runs quietly at 42 dB.
