The Arctic Air AUC27R 28" Worktop Refrigerator provides commercial-grade refrigeration performance and a durable worktop design for compact kitchens, prep areas, and undercounter installation. With 5.4 cu. ft. of storage, this one-section model offers reliable cooling within a +33°F to +41°F temperature range, ideal for food-safe storage.

The AUC27R features a stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting durability and a clean, professional appearance. Inside, the bright white epoxy-coated steel liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners allow for quick and sanitary cleaning. The single right-hinged, self-closing door includes a stay-open feature at 90°, while the recessed foamed-in-place handle ensures an ergonomic and sturdy grip.

Temperature management is precise with an electronic thermostat and external digital LED display. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R600a Hydrocarbon refrigerant, delivering energy-efficient performance. The heavy-duty worktop, adjustable epoxy-coated shelf, and 3" casters (two locking) make this unit versatile and easy to maintain. The AUC27R is ENERGY STAR® certified and tested to NSF Standard 7 for open food storage.
