The Sealer Sales KF-150PS-220V Bag Sealer
The Sealer Sales KF-150PS-220V is a portable impulse sealer designed specifically for polyethylene and polypropylene poly bags up to 6 mil thick. Unlike the KF-150CST direct heat models which cannot seal polyethylene, the KF-150PS uses impulse sealing with a heater sealing bar on the upper jaw and a resilient silicone rubber pressure pad on the lower jaw. The compact ABS thermal casing keeps it light and one-handed, and the 220V option matches it to North American or international supply.
Built for Polyethylene and Polypropylene
The KF-150PS is the right portable for PE and PP poly bags up to 6 mil thick. Direct heat sealers cannot bond polyethylene because the material doesn't soften at the temperatures direct heat sealers can deliver; impulse sealing pulses through the material and welds the two layers cleanly.
Heater Bar Top, Silicone Rubber Bottom
The upper jaw is the heater bar, the lower jaw is resilient silicone rubber. This is the standard impulse configuration: the rubber compresses against the bag and the seal bar to keep contact pressure even across the seal width, then the heat pulses through to weld the films.
1/16" (2 mm) Seal Width
The 2 mm seal is the standard impulse poly bag seal width, suitable for sandwich bags, freezer bags, gusseted bags, parts bags, and similar single-use poly applications. For thicker bags, see the larger KF Hand Sealers in the 8 inch to 20 inch lengths.
Portable for Bench, Cart, or Mobile Workstation
Same high-impact ABS thermal casing as the KF-150CST direct heat models. 2 lbs total weight. 7-foot power cord. Can be converted to foot-operated with the optional pedal and clamp set.
Warm-Up Required
Allow 5 to 15 minutes for the sealer to reach operating temperature before starting production.
