The foot pedal frees the operator both hands so the bag can be loaded, positioned, and discharged in a continuous motion. Hands-Free Foot Pedal Operation
The foot pedal triggers the seal cycle so both operator hands stay on the bag. This keeps throughput steady at 15 to 20 bags per minute, faster than a hand sealer because the operator never needs to release the bag to press a bar. The pedestal-mount footboard sits on a 2 inch base for stability under the press cycle.
Plug-In Electronic Timer for Variable Films
The plug-in timer controls the dwell. Set it once for the material you are running and the KF-300F fires the same dwell on every cycle. When the indicator light goes out the heat cycle is complete; hold the pedal down for an additional two to three seconds so the seal cools under pressure before releasing.
Pedestal-Mount with Adjustable Worktable
The 26 inch pedestal positions the seal bar at standing-operator height. An adjustable worktable measures 12 inches by 6.5 inches and ranges from 3.5 inches to 9 inches below the sealing base. Adjust the table to match the bag size and the depth at which the seal should land.
All-Metal Construction with No Warm-Up
Impulse sealing fires heat into the seal area only during the dwell cycle, so the KF-300F is ready the moment it is plugged in. The all-metal frame holds up to bench production runs, and the manufacturers replacement kit includes two heating elements and one fuse for routine maintenance.

The 12" jaw fits 12" of seal length in one stroke. The KF foot sealer series is available in 12 inch, 18 inch, and 24 inch jaws with either 2.5 mm or 5 mm seal width. Depending on the model, materials up to 24 inches wide and 16 mil total thickness can be sealed.
