Compact Clam Shell Form Factor
The clam shell design is a single hinged unit the operator squeezes shut over the seal area. There is no separate sealing bar, no foot pedal, and no bench mount required. This is the right format for in-field repacks, courier kit sealing, retail counter sealing, and small-batch fulfillment where a hand sealer would be too much.
Two Temperature Settings for Material Range
A high/low toggle picks between 410°F (high) for thicker barrier films and 356°F (low) for thinner films. There is no warm-up calibration needed; once the unit is on, the seal bar holds the set temperature until toggled.
Cool Handles During Operation
The handles stay cool while the welding area is at temperature. This matters when an operator runs the sealer for back-to-back cycles for an hour or longer; insulated handles prevent the unit from becoming uncomfortable to hold or requiring breaks.
