The Sealer Sales ND-2333 is a heavy-duty bag tape sealer that closes plastic or paper bags with twisted necks up to 0.24 inch (6mm) in diameter using 3/8 inch PVC tape. The unit is built from cast aluminum with a heavy weighted base, includes a built-in trimmer for clean bag appearance, and is rated for up to 2,000 bags per hour using only 2 inches of tape per seal. Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Body

The body is cast aluminum with a rugged chip-resistant powder-coated surface finish. The cast construction is what makes the unit survive the day-in day-out vibration of a high-throughput bag-closure operation; sheet-metal-bodied alternatives flex and loosen over time. The heavyweight base keeps the unit stable on the bench without bolt-down mounting.

Sealing Head Adjustable for Operator Pitch

The sealing head is adjustable for pitch (angle), so the operator can tune the working angle to their comfort. Built-In Trimmer for Clean Bag Appearance

The trimmer cuts excess bag material above the tape closure. The operator twists the mouth of the poly bag, slides it through the slot, and pulls down in a smooth motion: the tape automatically wraps around the neck, the integrated cutter trims itself, and excess bag material can be removed with a continuous downward pass through the built-in trimmer for a flush finish.

2,000 Bags Per Hour with Only 2 inches of Tape Per Seal

The economical design uses only 2 inches of tape per seal. At sustained pace the unit handles up to 2,000 bags per hour, which suits high-volume bakery, produce, and retail bag-closure operations where the tape closure is the bottleneck. The 3 inch core wheel accepts standard 3/8 inch PVC tape rolls.

Easily Replaceable Parts

Replaceable parts are designed for in-house service: cutter blade, sealing head, and tape feed components can all be swapped without sending the unit out for repair. Little assembly or maintenance is required out of the box. Load the PVC tape onto the 3 inch core wheel and the unit is ready to go.
