The Sentry III+ controller defaults to 55°F, and the system holds relative humidity between 50% and 75%. This range prevents corks from drying out and labels from lifting, while also reducing the risk of mold on racks and cases. Consistent humidity and temperature protect both wine quality and bottle presentation. The unit delivers a steady, gentle airflow to avoid sudden temperature swings. It is designed specifically for long-term wine storage, not for rapid chilling or frequent-access service cabinets.

Sentry III+ Electronic Control System

The WKL 8000 includes the Breezaire Sentry III+ digital controller, which displays cellar temperature on a large green LED and allows set point adjustments with simple button controls—no tools needed.
