Heavy Aluminum Cook Plate

The aluminum cooking surface holds heat between crepes for fast recovery and becomes completely nonstick once properly seasoned, releasing crepes cleanly with the included batter spreader. The plate is built for heat retention and even distribution edge to edge.

Adjustable Thermostat

An adjustable thermostat up to 570°F dials in plate temperature for sweet crepes versus savory galettes, and Power ON and READY indicator lights tell the cook when the surface has reached set temperature.

Spreader, Spatula, and Stainless Base

An stainless steel batter spreader and spatula are included and sized to the plate diameter, so the cook can dose batter, sweep it edge-to-edge, and flip without scratching the surface. The stainless steel base with heat-resistant carrying handles handles transport between prep and service.
