The MATC200TF uses a professional-grade non-monoblock refrigeration system where the compressor, condenser, and evaporator are individually sourced commercial components. If one piece needs service, your technician can isolate it without taking the full refrigeration circuit offline. Working temperature holds steady from 23 to 122°F, while the storage range extends to 14 to 158°F, covering everything from cold-holding fresh primals to warm dry-curing cycles for bresaola and coppa. The non-monoblock design functions in ambient conditions up to 89.6°F. Electrical draw is 4.14 kW at 14.4A on a 220V single-phase circuit.

ClimaTouch® and Fumotic® Integrated Controls

A 6-inch ClimaTouch® touch screen manages every stage of maturation from a single panel.
