The MATC400TF runs on a professional-grade non-monoblock refrigeration system where the compressor, condenser, and evaporator are individually sourced commercial components rather than a single sealed block. When one component needs service, your technician can isolate and replace it without taking the entire refrigeration circuit offline. The working temperature range covers 23 to 122°F, while storage range extends to 14 to 158°F, giving you the full span from cold-holding fresh primals to running warm dry-curing cycles for salumi. Hot gas defrost keeps the evaporator coil clear without resistive heating elements, which means fewer energy spikes and less wear on the system over time.
