This single-zone dehydrating machine is constructed of stainless steel inside and out and includes twelve durable stainless steel trays. The convenient front access digital touch screen allows for easy control and features a 99-hour timer and an adjustable thermostat from 70-180 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally this unit has automatic cool down and shut off. Unit is NSF, UL and cUL approved.
