Serving Temperature from -15°F to +25°F on a Wide Range Thermostat
Dipping is a temperature game. Too cold and scooping bends spades; too warm and the cans turn to soup by mid-shift. The wide range thermostat covers -15°F to +25°F, so you can dial in the exact serving zone for hard-packed ice cream and adjust as amounts and ambient temperatures change through the season. A cold wall evaporator does the cooling through the cabinet walls, with no evaporator fan to clog with dust or block with product, and the circuit pairs R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 HP compressor drawing 4.1 running amps on a standard 115 volt outlet.

The well holds 12 3-gallon cans at serving level with tub holders keeping each one square to the dip line, and 10 more cans sit in the extra storage section below. Backups temper in the same cabinet at the same temperature, so swapping a dead can takes seconds instead of a trip to the walk-in. LED interior lighting keeps the flavor colors bright under the canopy instead of washing them out the way warm-running tubes do.
Sloped Glass Canopy with Mezzanine Shelf
The curved glass sneeze guard leans the product toward the customer, and the mezzanine shelf above the well adds display space for cones, toppings, or novelty boxes right where people are already looking. Single layer heat reflective lids close over the cans to hold temperature overnight, and optional night covers add another layer of protection for cabinets on an open sales floor. The interior is painted steel, and standard casters with two locking let one person roll the cabinet out for cleaning. Some assembly is required on delivery.
