The Migali C-F35-NG is a 35-pound oil capacity gas floor fryer sized for restaurants, food trucks, concession stands, and any kitchen that runs french fries, wings, fish-and-chips, or batter-fried items as a high-volume menu item. The 60,000 BTU 3-burner system recovers oil temperature fast between drops, so a 12-piece wing basket coming out of a sub-300°F bath snaps back to fry temp before the next drop. The full-port drain valve at the base of the tank lets you drop oil into a filter or transfer pot directly without the slow trickle of a partial-port valve, which matters when you're filtering oil at the end of a Friday night service and want to be home before 2 AM.

Three stainless steel burners deliver 20,000 BTU each on Natural Gas for a total of 60,000 BTU. The cooling zone built into the tank floor below the burner level lets sediment and crumbs settle below the active frying area, where they don't burn and turn the oil rancid prematurely. That alone extends oil life noticeably compared to a single-zone tank. You re-strain rather than re-replace. Manual pilot ignition fires the burners cleanly, and an auto-reset high-limit control closes the gas valve if oil temperature runs above the safe threshold, with flame protection backing up the high-limit on burner failure.
Electro-Mechanical Thermostat from 200°F to 400°F
The electro-mechanical thermostat covers 200°F to 400°F, which is wide enough for low-temperature blanching at the bottom and high-temperature fry-finishing at the top. Twin nickel chrome plated wire mesh baskets ship with the unit and have blue plastic-coated handles for one-handed lifts at temperature. A removable basket hanger pulls out for cleaning so you don't have to climb behind the tank to reach burned-on grease. Built-in flue deflector vents combustion products forward.
Standard 6-Inch Casters with Two Locking
The fryer ships standard with 6-inch casters (two of them locking). High enough to clear most kitchen thresholds when rolling between cleaning and the line, low enough to keep the tank lip at standard fry-line height. Optional caster sizes are available on request if your operation needs a different floor clearance. All-stainless tank and cabinetry wipe clean at end of shift, and the rounded interior corners cut down on burnt-grease build-up.
