Each of the 4 tube burners delivers 30,000 BTU independently, so the oil recovers temperature fast after you drop a cold batch. Large Cold Zone and High-Limit Safety at 450°F
The tube-fired burner design creates a natural cold zone at the bottom of the tank where crumbs and debris settle away from the heat source. That cold zone extends your oil life significantly compared to open-pot fryers where loose particles sit in the hottest part of the tank and carbonize. You can go longer between oil changes, which saves money and reduces downtime. A built-in high-limit thermostat at 450°F automatically cuts off gas flow if the oil temperature exceeds the safe range, protecting both your staff and your investment.
The thermostat dial gives you a 200°F to 400°F working range, covering everything from low-temperature par-frying to high-heat searing.
