The Omcan CE-CN-F4D-NG is a double-tank floor-standing gas fryer with 4 burner tubes producing 120,000 BTU/hr total. Each tank holds 37 lb per tank / 18-19L (4.8-5 gal) per tank, giving you two independent frying stations side by side for high-volume kitchens that need to fry different items simultaneously without flavor transfer. This is the natural gas model, designed for kitchens with a natural gas supply line. Natural gas operating pressure is 4.0 inches W.C. with a recommended supply pressure of 7 to 9 inches W.C.
120,000 BTU/hr 4-Tube Burners with 200-400°F Temperature Control
Four burner tubes deliver fast heat recovery so oil temperature bounces back quickly after you drop a full basket of frozen product. The temperature control dial adjusts from 200 to 400°F (93 to 401°F), covering everything from gentle frying of delicate fish at the low end to high-temperature searing of chicken and French fries at the top. A high-limit temperature protection at 450°F with automatic gas cutoff prevents the oil from reaching dangerous temperatures if the thermostat malfunctions. The large cold zone at the bottom of each tank traps crumbs and batter debris away from the burner tubes, which extends oil life and reduces off-flavors between batches. No electrical connection is required for operation.
Pressure-Blasted Stainless Steel with Twin Baskets
The pressure-blasted stainless steel construction gives the fry pot a smoother interior finish than standard stamped stainless, which makes cleaning easier because food residue does not catch on rough spots. Twin baskets with plastic-coated handles are included so you can start frying right out of the box. Four adjustable stainless steel legs let you level the fryer on uneven kitchen floors. Two gas supply pipes with 1/2" or 3/4" NPT rear connections at the rear keep the gas lines out of the way of foot traffic. Supply gas pressure must not exceed 14 inches W.C. (1/2 PSI). This appliance is manufactured for commercial installation only and requires adequate ventilation per local code. A 6-inch clearance is required on both sides and the rear when adjacent to combustible construction.
