The Migali C-GF36-HC is a 36-inch glass door froster freezer sized for bars, restaurants, sports venues, and any operation that frosts beer mugs, cocktail glasses, or shot glasses to a -5°F-to-2°F finish. The 8.5 cu ft cabinet runs forced-air cold across 4 stainless wire shelves, and the sliding glass doors save the floor space you'd otherwise lose to swinging hinges. A black corrosion-resistant steel exterior stands up to the moisture and saltwater of bar service, with a stainless steel interior and stainless top for the parts that touch product.

The temperature range is set specifically to ice-frost the inside of glassware in minutes. Too cold and the glass cracks under thermal shock, too warm and the frost doesn't form.
