Each tank operates independently, allowing one bowl to chill while the other freezes, giving operators flexibility to manage different products or serving demands without interruption. The manual control keypad provides straightforward adjustment of product consistency, helping staff fine-tune texture for frozen cocktails, slushies, or granitas based on recipe requirements.

Double Mixing System with Independent Tanks

The GRA-122 uses a double mixing system that continuously agitates product to prevent ice buildup on the evaporator. This system maintains consistent texture while reducing strain on internal components, improving long-term reliability and minimizing downtime. Because each tank operates independently, operators can shut down one bowl for cleaning or flavor changes while keeping the other in service.

Air-Cooled Refrigeration with R404a

An air cooling system using R404a refrigerant ensures stable freezing performance in standard indoor environments without requiring water connections. This design simplifies installation while maintaining consistent temperatures necessary for smooth, evenly frozen drinks during peak service hours.
