The IKON IBC-49SS is a 49-inch flat top bottle cooler with 13.5 cubic feet of deep well storage and a full stainless steel interior and exterior. Where the standard IBC-49 uses black paint on the outside, this model wraps the entire cabinet in stainless steel for a brighter, more polished look that fits upscale bar environments, open kitchens, or front-of-house installations where the cooler is visible to guests. Two sliding lids open from the top for fast access, and two adjustable bin dividers organize the well. Inside, 288 twelve-ounce cans or 216 twelve-ounce bottles stay between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit on R-600A refrigerant with forced-air cooling. The stainless steel top with a rear raised glass rail serves as a work surface above the cooler.

The sliding lids glide open from either side, so you can reach in for bottles without lifting anything off the top of the unit. The 430 stainless steel top doubles as a work surface for pouring, mixing, or staging drinks, and the rear raised glass rail keeps glassware from sliding off the back edge during service. A built-in bottle cap opener with a cap catcher is mounted on the front, so bartenders can pop caps without reaching for a separate tool and the caps drop into the catcher instead of onto the floor.
