The IKON IBC-95 is the largest model in the IBC series, a 95-inch flat top bottle cooler with 30.3 cubic feet of deep well storage. At nearly eight feet wide, it holds 504 twelve-ounce cans or 378 twelve-ounce bottles, enough to stock a full bar program for a busy weekend without restocking from the walk-in. Three sliding lids cover the well, and five adjustable bin dividers let you organize the entire well into separate zones for beer, mixers, wine, and backup stock. This model uses an R290 compressor with forced-air cooling to hold the larger well between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The exterior is finished in heavy-duty, wear-resistant black paint with a stainless steel top and rear raised glass rail.

The sliding lids glide open from either side, so you can reach in for bottles without lifting anything off the top of the unit. Each lid locks with a key to secure the inventory when the bar is closed or during off-hours events. Inside the deep well, adjustable dividers let you section off different bottle sizes and brands. You can rearrange the dividers in seconds when your inventory mix changes or when you need to make room for a larger format bottle. The stainless steel interior wipes clean after spills, and the self-defrosting evaporator keeps frost from building up on the walls and reducing your usable storage space.

Forced-air cooling circulates cold air through the entire well rather than relying on static cold-wall contact, so bottles and cans chill faster and the temperature stays more consistent from top to bottom. The electronic thermostat with a digital LED temperature display lets you verify the cabinet is holding between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit without opening the lids. The 430 stainless steel top doubles as a work surface for pouring, mixing, or staging drinks, and the rear raised glass rail keeps glassware from sliding off the back edge during service. A built-in bottle cap opener with a cap catcher is mounted on the front, so bartenders can pop caps without reaching for a separate tool and the caps drop into the catcher instead of onto the floor. One-inch wheels make the unit easy to reposition for cleaning. Power runs on 115V/60/1 with a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 10-foot cord.
