The IKON ICBR-38 is a 38-inch chef base refrigerator with 5.1 cubic feet of storage designed to sit underneath your griddle, charbroiler, fryer, or other countertop cooking equipment while keeping refrigerated ingredients directly below the cook line. The top surface is 430 stainless steel with a raised marine edge around the perimeter. The marine edge catches drips, grease runoff, and small debris from the cooking equipment sitting on top, so liquids stay on the work surface instead of running down the sides onto your floor.
