The IKON ISP61M is a two-section mega top sandwich and salad prep table with 15.5 cubic feet of refrigerated storage and an extended pan rail that holds twenty-four 1/6 GN portion control pans. With two dozen pan positions, you can dedicate pans to every topping on an extensive sandwich or salad menu without doubling up or swapping ingredients during service. Two solid hinged doors open to two adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves for storing backup containers, prepped ingredients, and wrapped items. The rear-mounted 1/2 HP R290 compressor maintains 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Extended Mega Top Pan Rail with 1/6 x 4-Inch Portion Control Pans

The mega top pan rail extends deeper than the standard ISP models, holding significantly more 1/6 GN portion control pans so you can keep a wider variety of toppings, dressings, sliced proteins, and garnishes cold and accessible at the same time. The included four-inch-deep pans give you enough volume for a full prep batch of each ingredient without refilling mid-rush. A 9-inch removable polyethylene cutting board sits at the front of the pan rail for portioning, slicing, and assembly work. It lifts straight out when you need to clean it or swap in a fresh board. If your menu demands deeper wells for bulkier items like shredded lettuce or mounded toppings, the unit can be custom-ordered with 6-inch portion control pans.

Self-Closing Doors with Tool-Free Magnetic Gaskets

Each door is self-closing and holds open at 90 degrees so you can load the cabinet with both hands without fighting a swinging door.
