The Maxx Cold Double Door Reach-In Refrigerator is designed to assist you in meeting all foodservice industry requirements while making its content easy to access. The cabinet is equipped with six heavy-duty, fully adjustable and easy-to-clean PE-coated wire shelves which can hold full-size sheet pans. The bottom-mount stainless steel reach-in refrigerator provides up to 42.8 cubic feet (1,212 L) of storage capacity, while the unit's slender and solid build makes it a great choice for limited or compact spaces. In addition, this commercial refrigerator is engineered with an open-door alert that beeps if the refrigerator is left open for five minutes. The Energy Star commercial reach-in refrigerator is constructed of a stainless steel interior and exterior and is mounted on 5" diameter swivel caster wheels for easy maneuverability. Additional features on this 2-door reach-in refrigerator include integrated energy-saving interior LED lighting, an automatic defrost function, a lock and key set for security and digital temperature control which maintains optimum temperature throughout the unit. Digital temperature display can be viewed from outside the cabinet, which is engineered with an integrated condensate evaporator, meaning no drain line connection is needed. The polyurethane foam insulation on this two-door commercial reach-in fridge provides outstanding thermal regulation and is energy efficient. Furthermore, this reach-in fridge is Energy Star certified. Ideal for storing a variety of perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meats and beverages, the Maxx Cold Double Door Bottom-Mount Reach-In Refrigerator allows for easy access in your commercial kitchen.
Clean using soap and warm water. If this isn't sufficient, try ammonia and water or a nonabrasive liquid cleaner. When cleaning the exterior, always rub with the "grain" of the stainless steel to avoid marring the finish.
