A commercial meat slicer is a heavy-duty machine that cuts deli meats, cheeses, and cooked muscle into uniform slices. Delis, butcher shops, restaurants, sandwich shops, and catering kitchens use them to produce consistent portions for sandwiches, charcuterie boards, retail packs, and meal prep.
