The Moretti Forni AMALFI D2 is a professional deck-type electric pizza oven engineered for high-output pizzerias and commercial kitchens that require precise temperature control, consistent baking performance, and multi-product flexibility. Featuring two independent baking chambers constructed entirely of refractory brick, this oven is designed for direct pizza baking while also supporting tray-based and indirect applications.
Each deck provides a 46 inch wide by 44 inch deep baking surface with a 7 inch internal height and can reach a maximum operating temperature of 840°F. Spiral electric heating elements embedded within the refractory structure ensure even heat distribution across the entire baking chamber, supporting uniform bake results even during peak production. Electronic temperature management allows independent adjustment of ceiling and floor heat for accurate control over crust development and topping finish.
Dual Refractory Brick Baking Chambers with Independent Heat Control
The AMALFI D2 features two fully independent decks, each lined on the floor, walls, and ceiling with refractory brick. This full-camera refractory construction stores and radiates heat evenly, improving thermal stability and reducing recovery time between bakes. Each deck can accommodate up to twelve 12 inch pizzas or five 18 inch pizzas, delivering a total oven capacity of twenty-four 12 inch or ten 18 inch pizzas.
Programmable Electronic Controls and High-Temperature Performance
Each deck is equipped with electronic controls that include a timer and twenty customizable baking programs, allowing operators to standardize results across multiple pizza styles and menus. Continuous temperature monitoring via thermocouples maintains stable baking conditions, while independent ceiling and floor power control allows fine tuning for different doughs and toppings. Dual halogen lighting and tempered glass viewing windows allow operators to monitor baking progress without opening the doors.
The oven is constructed with a folded stainless steel structure, stainless steel hood, and stainless steel bottom-hinged doors for durability and ease of cleaning. Designed and manufactured in Italy, the AMALFI D2 delivers high-performance electric baking with a total connected load of 27.4 kW across two decks.
