This freezer unit is equipped with six heavy-duty, fully adjustable and easy-to-clean PE-coated wire shelves, which keep ingredients and food organized and can hold full-size sheet pans. The storage capacity of this commercial single-door freezer provides up to 42.8 cubic feet of readily available space to fulfill your commercial food storage needs. The two self-closing doors have easy-to-grip recessed handles, making it great for compact spaces. A lock and key set is included for security. In addition, this double-door freezer is designed with an open-door alert that beeps if the freezer is left open for five minutes. This reach-in commercial-grade freezer is constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, and is mounted on four, 4-inch diameter swivel caster wheels that can be easily maneuvered. Standard features on this premium indoor freezer include integrated energy-saving interior LED lighting, automatic defrost function and digital temperature control, which maintains optimum temperature. The digital temperature display can be viewed from outside the unit, which is engineered with an integrated condensate evaporator, meaning no drain line connection is needed. This energy-efficient freezer is equipped with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam insulation that provides outstanding thermal regulation. Whether storing ingredients or prepared foods, this freezer keeps everything you need frozen and within reach.
Clean using soap and warm water. If this isn't sufficient, try ammonia and water or a nonabrasive liquid cleaner. When cleaning the exterior, always rub with the "grain" of the stainless steel to avoid marring the finish.
