The Maxx Cold X-Series Single Door Reach-in Freezer is designed to assist you in meeting all foodservice industry requirements while making its contents easy to access. The unit is equipped with three heavy-duty, fully adjustable and easy-to-clean PE-coated wire shelves which can hold full-size sheet pans. The stainless steel reach-in freezer provides up to 19 cubic feet of storage, while its slender and solid configuration makes it an excellent choice for limited spaces. In addition, the single-door reach-in freezer model is engineered with an open-door alert that beeps if the freezer is left open for three minutes. This top-mount commercial reach-in freezer is constructed of a durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior and painted aluminum interior and is mounted on 4" diameter swivel caster wheels for easy mobility in your commercial kitchen. Standard features on this premium indoor freezer include integrated energy-saving interior LED lighting, automatic defrost function, recessed door handle with lock, and digital temperature control, which maintains optimum temperature. Digital temperature display can be viewed from outside the cabinet, which is engineered with an integrated condensate evaporator; meaning no drain line connection is needed. The urethane foam insulation on this one-door reach-in freezer provides outstanding thermal regulation and is energy efficient. The Maxx Cold X-Series Single Door Reach-in Freezer is ideal for storing frozen foods and ingredients at optimal temperatures to maintain their quality and freshness.
Clean using soap and warm water. If this isn't sufficient, try ammonia and water or a nonabrasive liquid cleaner. When cleaning the exterior, always rub with the "grain" of the stainless steel to avoid marring the finish.
