The Omcan 47105 Refrigerated Bakery Display Case
The Omcan 47105 is a 60-inch curved edge refrigerated floor display case with 17.7 cu. ft. of storage, designed for bakeries, patisseries, and cafes that want to showcase cakes, pastries, and desserts behind curved glass while keeping them at a safe 32°F to 53.6°F (010°C). The curved glass front draws customers' eyes to your products from across the room, and the three-layer glass on all four sides provides full visibility while insulating the cabinet to reduce energy waste.
LED Illumination and Chrome-Plated Shelving
LED strips mounted under each shelf light your products from below, which brings out colors and textures in decorated cakes and layered pastries far better than overhead-only lighting. The adjustable chrome-plated shelves (55" x 12" upper and 55" x 15" lower) let you configure the interior to hold tall wedding cakes on one level and rows of individual dessert cups on another. Because the shelves are chrome-plated rather than painted wire, they resist flaking and are easier to wipe clean when frosting or glaze drips.
Ventilated Cooling with Automatic Defrost
The ventilated cooling system circulates air evenly so products at the front of the shelf stay the same temperature as those at the back. Automatic defrost handles frost buildup without you needing to empty the case and scrape coils. The digital temperature controller lets you dial in the exact holding temperature, and the display is easy to read during a busy service. R290 refrigerant keeps the system running efficiently while meeting current environmental standards.
The rear door gives staff access to load and rearrange products without reaching over the curved front glass. Double glass construction on the front panel adds an extra insulating layer between the refrigerated interior and the ambient shop temperature. Four casters with two brakes let you roll the 401.2 lb unit into position, then lock it in place. At 59.6" x 26.6" x 48", it fits along a counter line or stands as a centerpiece display.
