11.6 Cu. Ft. Display with Gravity Coil Cooling
The gravity coil cooling system chills the 11.6-cubic-foot interior without forced air blowing directly across your product, which helps prevent surface drying on uncovered deli items and exposed pastries. The Embraco 1/3 HP compressor runs on R290 refrigerant and holds the cabinet between 32 and 43 degrees Fahrenheit. Automatic defrost handles frost buildup on the coils, and a digital controller on the unit lets you adjust and monitor temperature. The aluminum-lined interior with a stainless steel floor and rounded corners makes wiping down spills quick at the end of each shift.
Dual Sliding Rear Doors with LED Lighting
Two sliding glass doors on the rear give your staff easy access to restock and rearrange product from behind the counter. LED lighting inside the case illuminates your display without adding heat to the cabinet. A removable installation board simplifies service access. Note that this unit does not come with casters, so plan your floor placement before positioning the 260-pound showcase.
