The Sealer Sales CBS-880-20B is a 12 inch wide conveyor table accessory that bolts onto CBS-880 family band sealers, replacing the standard 7 inch wide table. This is the part you order when you need to run wider packages or pouches that would otherwise hang off the stock conveyor edge.

For Wider Packages and Pouches

The default CBS-880 conveyor is 7 inches wide, sized for the typical 6 inch wide poly bag. If you are sealing flat pouches over 8 inches across, gusseted bags filled at the bottom, or any product where the unfilled portion of the bag would otherwise overhang the stock conveyor, the wider 12 inch table gives the support platform needed for clean feeding through the seal head.

Reduced Maximum Load for Lightweight Wide Product

The maximum load capacity on the wider 12 inch table drops to 2.2 lbs (versus 22 lbs on the standard 7 inch table). The wider platform trades load capacity for surface area, which is the right trade for the lightweight wide products this accessory targets: flat pouches, paper bags, gusseted poly bags filled at the bottom rather than uniformly. For heavy filled bags the standard 7 inch table is the right choice.

Bolt-On Installation, Direct Replacement

The CBS-880-20B replaces the existing conveyor table on the band sealer rather than supplementing it. Installation is bolt-on: unbolt the standard table, bolt on the 12 inch table, and the sealer is configured. No re-wiring, no electrical work, no calibration changes; the table is mechanical only.

Compatible with All CBS-880 Variants

The CBS-880-20B fits the horizontal, vertical, and all factory variants in the CBS-880 family. The mounting pattern is the same across CBS-880 chassis configurations, so the table swaps cleanly without modification regardless of which specific CBS-880 variant the operator owns.

Accessory Only, Not a Standalone Sealer

This is a conveyor table accessory only. It is not a standalone band sealer and cannot seal packages by itself. The operator must already own a CBS-880 family band sealer to use this accessory. Order alongside the sealer at initial purchase, or order separately when the sealer is in service and the wider table is needed for new product profiles.
