The AMPTO CHOC5W is a compact, electric hot chocolate dispenser designed for cafes, bakeries, concession stands, and foodservice operations that serve hot beverages and warm toppings throughout the day. Built as a countertop unit with a continuous stirring system, this dispenser maintains uniform product consistency while keeping beverages at safe, ready-to-serve temperatures.

The dispenser features a 5 liter removable, shock-proof, food-grade polycarbonate bowl that allows operators to clearly monitor product levels and simplifies cleaning and refilling. A continuous stir action driven by rotating mixing paddles prevents separation and scorching, which is critical when serving thick beverages such as hot chocolate, sauces, gravies, and syrups.

Stainless Steel Heating System with Adjustable Temperature Control

The CHOC5W uses a stainless steel boiler tank and stainless steel heating element to provide reliable, even heat transfer. A manually adjustable thermostat allows operators to regulate temperatures up to 194°F, giving precise control based on product thickness and service requirements. An integrated overheat sensor helps protect internal components during extended operation.

Anti-Clogging Faucet and Operator-Friendly Design

An anti-clogging dispensing faucet ensures smooth product flow for thick beverages while reducing downtime caused by blockages. The illuminated power switch provides clear operational status, and the removable drip tray helps maintain a clean serving area. The removable bowl can also be used as a storage container for refrigerating unused product, improving efficiency during end-of-day cleanup.
