The IKON COOKING ITG-12E Electric Countertop Griddle

The IKON ITG-12E is a compact 12" electric countertop griddle built for operations that need a single griddle station without taking up much counter space. It works well as an add-on griddle for a prep line, a dedicated egg station at a breakfast buffet, or a small kitchen that only needs occasional flat-top cooking. One heating element with its own thermostat gives you precise temperature control from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit on a 1" thick polished steel plate.

1" Polished Steel Plate with Independent Zone Thermostats

The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate holds significantly more thermal mass than thinner plates, so your cooking surface recovers temperature faster when cold product hits it. Each 12" section has its own independent snap-action thermostat adjustable from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Independent zone control means you can run one section at high heat for searing burgers while keeping another at a lower temperature for eggs or pancakes, all on the same griddle surface.

Electric Operation with Hard-Wire Connection

These griddles operate on 208V/240V service at 50/60Hz, pulling 3 kW per section at 208V or 4 kW per section at 240V. Electric heating eliminates the need for gas lines and provides consistent, even heat across the plate without the uneven flame patterns that gas burners can create. The hard-wire electrical connection keeps the installation clean with no exposed plugs or cords near the cooking area. Stainless steel front and sides combine with a galvanized steel back panel, and the 4" grease trough channels rendered fat into a removable grease drawer for easy disposal.

The unit sits on 4" adjustable legs (adjustable down to 1.375") and requires 1" clearance on each side and at the back. It has one grease drawer for the 4" grease trough. Overall dimensions are 12"W x 36"D x 19.3"H.
